ew York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani yesterday asked New Yorkers to ''pray for me,'' as his wife and two children left for California for Mother's Day and his Senate campaign canceled fund-raisers next week. During his weekly radio program, Giuliani said that while some will feel his pain, with ''the kind of human situation that's going on,'' others ''will be very angry, very upset, and I understand that.'' Giuliani, who said he had not decided whether to continue his run for the Senate, signed off by saying, ''I ask you to pray for me, for my family, for the families involved, and everyone else.''
