Michael Perlow is an anchor on NESN SportsDesk, the network's sports news and highlights program that airs from 5 - 9 AM each morning with a unique 15-minute rotating format.
Perlow got his start is sports broadcasting as a sports producer at New England Cable News. He moved in front of the camera in 1993, serving as a Sports Anchor/Reporter at WCAX-TV in Burlington, Vermont. After a stint with NESN as a feature producer in 1997 for the sports magazine show Front Row, Perlow headed to Fort Myers, Florida, where he spent three years as a weekend sports anchor at WFTX-TV. He returned to Boston in August of 2002, spending most of his time as a freelance sports anchor and reporter for New England Cable News.
The Swampscott, Massachusetts native is a graduate of Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
