Master plan calls for: This parcel is one of three near the Financial District designated for the Mass. Horticultural Society's "Garden Under Glass," a four-acre, three-building, glass-enclosed conservatory. Other plans: Mass. Horticultural Society "Garden Under Glass" Zoning: Urban Plaza Open Space Subdistrict. Botanical garden and accessory uses are allowed. Notes: The master plan labels Parcels 19, 21 and 22 "a bridge between the hustle and bustle of Dewey Square and the multi-destination area of the Wharf District." It calls for preserving and enhancing "view corridors" along Oliver, Pearl, and Congress streets that connect the Financial District to Fort Point Channel.
