Welcome to Help Wanted ("the Service"). As part of our service, Boston Globe Electronic
Publishing Inc. ("BGEP") agrees to provide you with information libraries, bulletin boards,
and other computer services that BGEP may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this
Agreement. You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and
regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below.
By using the Service, you agree that you will not upload to the Service or post in the
Service�s bulletin boards or other forums ("postings") any of the following material:
BGEP reserves the right to remove statements or postings which violate the above terms.
3. Free Service
At present, the Service may be freely accessed on the Internet. At some point in the
future, BGEP may add pay services. BGEP will notify you if and when this change occurs. In
the meantime, please enjoy the free access to the Service.

User specifically acknowledges that BGEP is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or
illegal conduct of others including, but not limited to, providers of material to the Service
and other users of the Service, and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests with
you.
Neither BGEP nor any of its agents or affiliates shall be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of the Service or
inability to gain access to our use of the Service or out of any breach of any warranty.
You agree to indemnify and hold BGEP harmless from any dispute which may arise from a
breach of terms of this Agreement, and to hold BGEP harmless from any claims and expenses,
including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, related to your violation of this Terms
of Service Agreement, or to any information, software or other content placed on the Service
by you.
This Agreement and any dispute arising under the terms thereof shall be construed in
accordance with, and shall be governed by, the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the
subject matter contained herein and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous agreements,
proposals and communications, written or oral between BGEP�s representatives and you. BGEP
may amend this Agreement at any time upon notice from BGEP to you as published through the
Service.
Help Wanted is a project of Boston Globe Electronic Publishing, Inc., and we're
always looking for motivated interns with broad skill sets. If you're interested in
publishing on the web, and have had some experience with journalism, the arts, design, HTML,
photography, research, these newfangled computing devices, advertising, or Koosh basketball,
send a resume and a brief letter describing how you would improve Help Wanted (or any other
part of Boston.com) to:

least ten hours a week, and will earn college credit and/or cold, hard cash for their
efforts.
