Getaway Wedding

Are you and your fiance looking for a truly untraditional way to start your new life together? One new trend is the "getaway wedding," with the happy couple and their party spending a weekend away together.

Meg Holland of Events Unlimited says that ski areas have become popular spots because they have the facilities (as well as scenery and outdoor activities), particularly in the summer. Other popular areas for getaway weddings include the Berkshires and Martha's Vineyard.
