Zoning: Recreation Open Space Subdistrict. Open space, cultural, retail and restaurant uses are allowed.

Notes: Parcel 16 is unique because of its location in the cross-street system, and its proximity to the New England Aquarium and the Long Wharf maritime facilities. It will be one of the most heavily used parcels on the Rose Kennedy Greenway. Because the roof of the underground Central Artery is close to the surface at this point, low planters may be required to provide the soil depth needed for trees.
