331 Q What is your assignment in the squad?
A I am a number one gunner, sir.
332 Q Do you remember the taking of the Dachau Concentration Camp?
A Yes, sir.
333 Q Were you present when some SS troopers were separated from other prisoners of war?
A Yes, sir.
334 Q Where were they taken after they were separated?
A They were separated and we moved past following a platoon, and then our squad was called back.
335 Q When you were called back where did you find the SS troopers?
A They had them in back of a larger building that we had moved up past in a large enclosed like a walled off place in back of this building.
336 Q What was their position in this walled off place?
A They were all line up in a column of three's against this wall.
337 Q What were they doing when you came in the yard?
A Just standing there.
