Sites Unseen: Shimon Attie
The artist transforms sites to redefine private and collective memory. His Berlin project "The Writing on the Wall," for example, casts images of the Berlin pre-war Jewish community onto buildings in the old Jewish quarter. This is the first comprehensive exhibit of Attie's work, which uses photography, film, video, slides, and light boxes.
